Founder & Director • Vikas DeveloperBegan his journey in real estate development in 2006. A graduate in Business Management Studies (BMS) with a Master's degree from London, he has built a strong reputation through nearly two decades of dedication and strategic foresight. Known as the “Changemaker of Kalyan,” he is widely recognized for his leadership in redevelopment projects and sustainable urban development. Beyond corporate leadership, he actively contributes to industry growth, sustainable construction standards, and civic development across Kalyan-Dombivli.
